Service Description
The Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, & AED course, taught by American Heart Association-certified instructors, is designed to provide individuals with the skills and confidence to respond to a variety of medical emergencies. This comprehensive course covers essential first aid techniques, including how to manage choking, burns, cuts, and broken bones. In addition, participants will learn high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) effectively. Through interactive lessons, hands-on practice, and realistic scenarios, students gain practical knowledge in life-saving techniques. Instructors focus on building participants’ confidence in handling emergencies, teaching them how to assess situations, provide immediate care, and assist until professional help arrives. The Heartsaver course is perfect for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to medical emergencies—whether at home, work, or in the community. Upon successful completion, participants receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver certification card, valid for two years.
